I never leave bad reviews but I had the worse customer service experience. I heard about Charlene through a friend . I put down a deposit for my first session of microblade brows . I arrived at an apartment complex where she's doing her business. She was 30 min late for my appointment. It wasn't a big deal but I would've figured that if I'm making a deposit that she would keep her end of the bargain on her professionalism . My brows came out great . I made a deposit to secure my second session . 4 hours before my appointment she asked if she could move my appt . I said no. Then an hour went by and I confirmed my appt for the scheduled time . She then cancelled my appt and said she can only do certain times . I said it's unprofessional how this was handled and I want my deposit back I will take my business elsewhere . She told me she didn't receive a deposit from me and she's gonna call the cops on me . I sent her the invoice and she proceeded to argue that was for the first appt. I sent her the invoice from the first appt then she said she's gonna call her lawyer . I sent a refund transaction and she hasn't refunded my money . If I were you I wouldn't put down any deposit because she won't honor your appt and she will take your money . Don't fall for her scams . Hopefully it doesn't...

Where do I begin?! I’ve been coming to Char, at Arched for 6 years. I initially had my brows microbladed in 2017, after seeing her work on her IG page. I have maintained my beauty needs with Char ever since!

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the most inviting space. It smells so good, very relaxing, beautiful & just comforting. She’s always ready, professional and very knowledgeable.

I’ve had 2 touch ups, over the years, as I’ve spent a bit of time in the sun each summer. I’ve since stopped coloring my hair so I’ve gone gray. Even with my color change, Char has been able to soften my brows to match! She does an amazing job with my brows, and offers a FULL menu of other services as well! My brows are AMAZING, my face look GORGEOUS, and I wake up beautiful & confident every day! I’m so happy that I look ready to go as soon as I wake up!

She’s the QUEEN & ONLY person I ever want to do any of my facia!, and l beauty needs! Her microblading skills are precise and the results are THE BEST!!!

I moved from Miami last August and took months searching for the person who could take care of my eyebrows, like my go-to eyebrow lady I went to for years back home. Not only did Charleen do a phenomenal job, but I have to admit, she did way better than my girl back at home 🙈, which is saying A LOT, because I didn’t trust anyone with my brows until I stumbled upon Arched! Truly the BEST thing that ever happened because we all know how important it is when someone can understand your brows and your goals and can work through any type of brow (mine are sometimes not the easiest to shape!). Charleen is also the sweetest and makes you feel comfortable while getting the service done and is also super quick! I LOOOOOOVE coming here and would recommend Arched to anyone whether you live here or honestly even just visiting and forgot to get your brows done before your trip lol.
