They market themselves as luxury apartment, but they are not even close to quality apartment!!!!! Don't trust their so called 24 hours onsite mgmt/maintenance, after hour emergency is extremely hard. When I moved in, they promised there will always be property Mgmt in the building, and then when I need help to get into my apt after get locked out, they simply told me on the phone "oh, the girl changed job and moved out, now we have no one onsite after hours, so why don't you just call a locksmith"... And even worse: "We can't assist you on this since got locked out is definitely not an emergency." I am extremely angry and disappointed with their mgmt and mgmt's irresponsible attitude... Being charged 2700+ for a one bed, I believe I deserve better service... I dig myself a hole by signing a one year lease. For those still looking, just don't rent...
Read moreMy husband and I lived at the Luxe for 2 years. It was a wonderful two years and we were very sad to leave! We only left because they don't take dogs (cats only). Other than their pet restriction, I only have the best thing to say about this building! Rhea, the office manager, is the best, she was always so amazing and helpful! And the maintenance man, Lee, is also great! He was always fast to fix things and he is super nice and great to talk to! Yes, this building is expensive, but it was worth it! It is practically brand new and the appliances and the built in storage in the unit were great. Washer/Dryer is in there too! It's quiet and the sounds of the fountain are soothing. The building is very safe too, I never had to worry living there. I highly recommend the Luxe @1759 and my husband and I will never forget our wonderful...

My door locked itself when it wasn’t supposed to, and I called the management, but they were unwilling to help, they said I need to wait until the office reopen in the morning, so basically stay in the hallway for the entire night, which caused me spending a huge amount of money with the locksmith and they didn’t compensate, and they asked me to pay if I want a new lock installed. But the problem didn’t start with me, calling a locksmith was the only approach that I had. Imagine if you have a baby that’s locked in your door, what are you supposed to do? I think the management should reflect on this and...
