Update 2/4/2022: I am moving my rating form 3 stars to 1 star and and absolutely cringing about how I got totally bilked from this company. I recommend spending your money somewhere that will be transparent with you and is not a complete disaster when it comes to administrative (dis)organization. During my initial I was convinced to get a lab panel through LabCorp. I was told that it would be covered by insurance. So, several months later now, I just received an EOB from my insurance company with zero coverage on the $2,197.25 that LabCorp billed, of which I owe $628.86. Good grief, what a scam. Tough lesson learned, no thanks.

original review - I had a great Clear + Brilliant treatment here last week and I had actually been thinking about becoming a member. There is only one reason why I decided against it: lack of staff responsiveness. It took me two calls/voicemails before I was able to book my appointment. After my treatment, I actually wanted a hormone panel and the women told me she would email me with the information. No email. So I texted the number that the staff told me to text after I told them it was impossible to get through. Did that last week and still no response. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to chase down the staff here to get an appointment and for follow ups so I don't be going...

Everything was fine until it wasn't. The staff was great. Just not sure how trained they are. Must say they tried to fix my under eyes (BE VERY CAREFUL HERE....I recommend that you go to a BOARD CERT. PLASTIC SURGEON). Also, I was only shown the packages of the stuff I paid FULL price for. Now my cheeks (way too cheap, but looked good for a few months...should be good for over a year) are falling. Again, under eyes will probably never be the same. They kinda try and fool you into believing you look better. The botox I got there only lasted about 1 month also. ONE MORE TIME!!!! I was looking for a Westside medical spa with a great team and online presence. I had heard about Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center through a mutual friend and did some online research. I saw that Sydney had really great reviews and was highly recommended for anti-aging procedures. I wanted to start off with doing a minimally invasive beauty treatment that I was comfortable with. I felt so relaxed at BHRC because it provides the perfect experience of a rejuvenating spa mixed with the clinical standards of a medical facility. Sydney did such a great job that I went back to her again. I think she is a real artist – very careful with what she does, taking the time to complete the procedure so that I didn't feel rushed or increased pain. I am so happy with the results that I will go back again. The pricing is reasonable and the outcome is...
