M Juicy Burger — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place use to be one of my favorites until new ownership took over. Food taste, quality and customer service are not the same at all. We were treated very poorly after ordering tacos just meat and asking for salsa on the side (to avoid tacos getting soggy I put salsa right before eating them). They said if we ask for only meat we can't get salsa to go🤔 will not be supporting this place any longer.

In regards to not being served food as asked, we did ask and paid for what we wanted. Cashier was the rudest about it and it was all done in front of the owner who never spoke up. To say it's a burger joint as an excuse well then don't sell tacos! We did love burgers and breakfast burritos at a time but it just didn't taste the same anymore. We literally just stuck to tacos and more than anything out of convenience of the location being close to home when needed. Definitely over priced and bad service.

I came in the area to visit a friend I haven't seen since the beginning of Covid. I was reluctant to buy anything in the neighborhood; especially food. I have been at this restaurant 4 years ago when the food was okay. Things have changed dramatically. Now it's new owners and staff and cheap quality food. But I was hungry so I ordered a Cheeseburger combo hoping it would taste somewhat decent for the cost. These people are ridiculous. When African-American people call you come to pick up your order. They will put your number on the do not answer list. Can only make your food if you come to the window and pay first unlike Hispanics, they would allow them to call and pay after the food is made even if they order at the window, me and my brother both have been accused multiple times of stealing food as well and I don’t know how you still food if they...
