Castec Inc — Local services in Los Angeles

I used to use Castec as a window covering supplier for my interior design business...until they accepted up-front payment for a job and then closed down and kept my money without supplying the product I paid them to manufacture. The same people are in charge now, they've just shuffled the deck. When they reappeared back in business I tried calling daily to get a refund of my payment, but they avoided contact. I've heard the same story from other designers who were screwed by this company.
