I am thoroughly impressed with the “PROficient manner in which the representative named Juan in the Van Nuy’s (1539) location managed my account. I have been renting space at extra storage for over a year now and previously I would dread calling to pay my bill until my recent experience with Juan.
Preciously I’d been dreadfully “dealing” with the “Manager “ named BRANDON Not rude or unpleasant BUT very low energy and didn’t seemed concerned with simple EFFicient customer care. Brandon Couldn’t answer practical questions without sounding irritated and could never resolve ONE SPECIFIC issue that I had with my account for the past YEAR.
I gave up.
Dealing with him every 30days became stressful and I started planning to move out of space and selling my possessions just to avoid HIM (BRANDON) and the hassle of moving to another competitor.
DREADFULLY, called to pay bill one month and for the First time EVER I got a different rep named Juan. He took my payment and before ending call he took the initiative to inform me that based on the notes on my account he noticed I was having an issue and fixed it IMMEDIATELY!
I can’t understand why BRANDON the MANAGER couldn’t or REFUSED to help when JAUN effortlessly solved my problem in one call THE FIRST TIME.

Read moreI was very happy with this place at first. Loved the drive-up access, the roll-up garage door, the security. What I really HATED, though, was after 4 months when they sent me a letter saying next month they're raising the rent on my 10 X 10 unit by 90 bucks, which is an increase of 55%. Going from 162 to 251. Wow, this seems like a bait-and-switch tactic to me. So, I'm out the 40-something that I spent on the administration fee and buying their lock, which you pretty much have to do. And I'm out however much time I spend finding a new unit, and I'm out the time and gas and effort that it takes to move everything. AGAIN. And, for the record, my 10 X 10 unit is not 10' in either dimension, it's closer to 9, so that cuts down significantly on the actual square footage. I'd recommend this place if you only need a spot for a couple of months. If you need long-term storage, though, look elsewhere. (Stor-cal only raises your rent by 10 bucks at a time. Wish I'd...
Read moreAbsolutely satisfied with the prices, layout, amenities, hours, and staff. To be specific; if I may truly commend one exceptional employee in particular - Brandon Lopez! Straight-up kinda guy: Amicable, accommodating, efficient with explanation of all policies, and facilitated the thorough legalities upon signing the rental agreement. Kudos to the higher-ups for finding a gem as he represented the company admirably! Right off the bat, I knew our instant rapport was solid and long-lasting. That's the sense every one of your clients should feel; a glowing sentiment of security that Brandon produced - and it truly reflects your organization's integrity to the utmost.
