This is a "ghost kitchen", which i didnt know existed, but came into popularity during the pandemic, combined with meal delivery services like Grub Hub. The chef, Lance Toro, is so friendly, and has a real passion for providing a superior culinary meal. He makes fresh sourdough bread daily, which he uses for his sandwich prep and croutons. He smokes Chicken daily, as well as other meats as needed, also for meal prep. I ordered chicken with smoked Gouda panini... amazing!! I bought my first loaf of sourdough bread from the Wantz and Kneads booth in downtown Ventura at the Farmers Market. This bread is NOT fresh baked they are selling their old bread. My bread was never supple once I cut into it and two days later it was hard as a rock! How do you get off charging prices as though it’s for a fresh baked loaf?
