As a HUGE plantain chip lover for all of my life, it seems I can no longer eat any other brand of plantain chips without thinking "meh, I wish this was a bag of BANANE." They are the TOP when it comes to quality, flavor, and variety of flavors! I've tried the Sweet Yellow, Candied Ginger, Savory Green, and Spicy Citron, and they are all SO good, it's hard to not finish the entire bag in one sitting. My absolute favorite right now is the Savory Green, and I recommend it to everyone! Truly a classic and you can taste the love in everything. I'm not currently in LA, so I'm extra grateful for the option to order online and get my chips delivered all the way to Puerto Rico. They're really that good. It's not an exaggeration when I say these products should be on shelves everywhere!

I was able to enjoy a meal of all the offerings during an intimate gathering! My favorites from the menu are the veggie legumes, mushroom patty, Pikliz spicy pickled cabbage, ginger cupcake! As an appetizer and snack, I’ve had their sweet yellow plantain chips before but they had new flavors and I fell in love with the spicy citron option. I’m not a vegetarian but the whole menu is and I was not disappointed. Every plate was flavorful and filling. To know it’s plant-based and healthier made it all pleasure and no guilt. I’m glad to hear it’s available on DoorDash for my own personal cravings for authentic Haitian food. Whether I need a snack or a meal, Banane is a great option.

So I’m in Burbank looking for Haitian food. Saw that it was vegan also. Now I’m not typically a vegan, but I enjoy it from time to time. When I tell you was worth the penny. Thank me later.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you haven’t tried Haitian food yet, BANANE is the perfect place to start! This plant-based gem offers a unique and flavorful take on classic Haitian cuisine, and now you can have it delivered right to your door in the LA area via DoorDash or UberEats—just search for “BANANE food” or “plant-based Haitian food”!

What I Ordered:

🌟 Appetizer: • BANANE Plantain Chips – Sweet Yellow, Savory Green, Cinnamon Sugar, Candied Ginger, and Spicy Citron. Favorites: Savory Green & Spicy Citron—these are now my go-to snacks!

🍽️ Entrees: • Pate Djon Djon (Mushroom Patty) – A flaky puff pastry filled with oyster mushrooms, green onions, garlic, and tomatoes. • Pate Bef (Beyond “Beef” Patty) – Stuffed with Beyond Meat, red onions, garlic, bell peppers, and parsley. • Legume (Veggie Medley) – A delicious mash of spinach, chayote, eggplant, and tomatoes, slowly cooked to perfection. • Diri Blan ak Sos Pois (Rice & Beans) – Fluffy white rice with hints of clove and green onion, served with black bean sauce. • Pikliz (Spicy Pickled Cabbage) – A must-try! Adds the perfect spicy, tangy kick.

🍰 Dessert: • Gato Gingembe (Candied Ginger Cupcake) – Made with einkorn flour, topped with house-made coconut creme frosting, and finished with a candied ginger plantain chip.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and a true taste experience. Whether you’re vegan or just looking to try something new, BANANE is a must-try!...
