Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. When I arrived at the towing yard, I was met by a woman at the front who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t greet me, didn’t explain anything, and looked genuinely angry to even see me. Instead of explaining the process, she just demanded my ID, took it without a word, and walked off with it — I had no idea where she was going or what she was doing.

I was left confused and uncomfortable. She eventually returned, still without any explanation, and handed me back my ID like she was doing me a favor. The whole experience felt disrespectful...

This place is a ripoff!! Their came out and hooked up the vehicle for illegal parking. When the owner came out as he was about to leave the community. He came them the option to come to the yard or pay the drop fee. They chose the drop fee. He then turned around and charged 332.00 as a drop fee. I called the Los Angeles office and talked the Lady on the phone and she confirmed that it should have been only 166.37 drop fee because he hadn’t left the gate as we was got to truck.BEWARE OF THIS CROOKED COMPANY!! THEY MAKE REAL TOW...

Second time they have towed my personal vehicle from my residence and in a handicap spot with my handicap indicated inside the vehicle on the rear view mirror, I called and they told me I had to go out to their yard in Los Angeles and pay an exorbitant amount of money to retrieve my vehicle, but couldn’t tell me how I was expected to travel out there as I now have no vehicle. CROOKS!!! Thugs with a license to rob...
