Stop. Just stop. Stop what youre doing, turn your car around, you're headed in the wrong direction. What you should be doing is driving to La Michoacana All-Natural Ice Cream in Reseda. I know quality when I get it and this place is amazing. The selection of both milk based and water based paletas is STAGGERING. Everything from your favorites like strawberry or mango, to spicy tamarind or pepino with serrano pepper, to some really fantastic flavors, like avocado or dragon fruit and everything in between. Seriously, there had to be 40 or 50 different flavors of paletas alone. As if this weren't enough, there is a full compliment of fresh, home made ice creams in similar flavors. Even better than this is that this is a small, well run, first time, family business. The entire family is there and the pride they have in their business and product shows. The food is fantastic, the store is incredibly cute and well maintained, and they are ready to help. The super friendly owner made a point of telling us how everything is made, with his mother hand selecting all the fresh fruit ingredients. If ever there was a place that deserves to get your business, and your money, this is it. For $2 for a water based paleta and $2.25 for a serving of ice cream, how could...
Read moreI love c9ming here because no other michoacana has its icecream this good. However the Prices went so high it's not worth it getting a 2 scoops for almost $11 dollars. I get everything is going up but the worse thing is the rude customer service due to under staffing. The employee had no patience and was very rude and showed an annoyed face when I asked about the price. All she had to do is probably throw the icecream on my face. That's all that was need it. They really need to tra8n their employees to treat customers nice and at least smile or greet correctly. The moment I showed up she asked if I was ready. Not once she greeted me . I will find another michoacana that at least has good customer service ! 2/27 at 4pm incase management want to talk to the young lady wirh...
