M & M Scrubs — Local services in Los Angeles

Horrible customer service. I ordered XL scrubs for my wife but they ran more like size small. So I contacted the company for a return and they gave me an address and told me to send the original packing slip back with it (which I did) and they told me it would cost $6.00 for a flat rate shipping package. Well, flat rate shipping for these tiny scrubs cost $15.55 at the local post office. So that was a lie. So a week later, they tell me they have not received the scrubs and they ask me for the tracking number twice. I looked up the tracking number for the return, and it said that they were retuned on Feb. 20th. By February 27th, they are still emailing me to double check the tracking number? Why can't they just issue a refund and an apology for wasting my time? So, not only am I out $42 for the scrubs, nut I'm out $15 for the shipping. But Walmart made it right, and refunded me for the scrubs and the shipping. I will never go through this...

I absolutely do not like the scrubs. I called the next day to cancel my order and it was a express order, but no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail and no one reached out to me. The next two days went by and the scrubs was here. I didn't like the texture of the scrubs and they were very tight. Before I can even pull them up to the thread ripped in the middle.
