A Bus driver (bus 9914) was so disrespectful from the moment they arrived at terminal. This person came in what seemed upset and mannerisms that were so disrespectful. Instead of vocalizing and/or helping my senior mom she kept making gestures for her to move out of the way (in a rude manner). Then when she was going to put our items away into the bus she made once again another gesture and face expressions of frustration. At this point, we had waited over an hour for a bus, with a hungry five year old toddler and didnât appreciate her energy. I handed her the luggage, with God forbid the same energy she was giving, and she had a fit. My response to her when she made a face and stopped working for handing her a luggage was âyouâve been giving attitude and me handing you the luggage, is a problemâ lol the audacity. Many reviews relate how many of these employees are extremely rude! She literally Refused service for what?! Movement of how I handed her the luggage she wanted?! Comical. When all her movements from the beginning were aggressive! She left us at the terminal. Iâm definitely going to escalate the issue and at this point Iâm going to see what legal rights I have because this employee definitely needs training in customer service. The energy, mannerisms and lack of communication was so inappropriate from this employee. The refusal of service was absolutely discrimination. She never spoke once and/ or explained anything. I asked for her name twice and she refused to provide the...
Read moreSince finding out about this, it was my go-to for getting to the airport vs. trying to find someone to have the time to take me to the airport. Dealing with staff, however, is not always pleasant. And I get that working with the public can be extremely trying at times, but so could they. Sometimes, the vibe could feel like the DMV, yup, we understand that reference. One does need to give oneself extra time to get to LAX, especially after the secret was out and especially after closing some of the flyaway hubs, but was affordable and worth it till I just had my last trip since I'll be moving out of state. Prices were raised, and I get it, need to adjust, but they were raised practically $6. In the past, it had been raised only a couple or few dollars. Coming back from LAX is where things can get frustrating. If it is a high volume travel time and you're at terminal 5 - 7, you may have to wait quite some time. That's where moving up to one of the other terminals is best. But also, other travelers can be quite irritating when you comply with making a line and others don't as well as people not getting out of the way when you need to get on the bus they aren't getting on and the driver sees everyone moving to the other bus but doesn't see you and decides he doesn't need to come to a complete stop and presses on the pedal to continue which I then walk to another terminal in hopes of getting the next bus which was 45 min later. But if I were staying in LA, I would continue to use...
Read moreI forgot my water bottle while waiting for a relative to arrive. It was in the waiting area. As soon as I realized it was left behind, I rushed back to pick it up. An employee that had seen me earlier observed me in a way that made me very uncomfortable. He was bullying me and avoiding answering any questions. I approached him, he did not bother getting up from the chair and talked at me telling me I had to call customer service. He happened to be seating in the same area the item was left behind. He repeated again that customer service were the only ones able to help. His bad attitude, demeanor, lack of professionalism, and bullying a woman just because they needed help is despicable. After talking to customer service, I went to ask him his name. He continued his terrible attitude toward me,, confronted me demanding why I wanted his name, then he mumbled something,, I asked him to repeat, and he walked away leaving me without answers. Turn3d his back, grabbed a metal bar and walked away. I then ran into a young man that also worked there. I asked him if he knew the other person's name, and he took questioned why I needed it! Something is seriously wrong with employees who think they can mistreat people and get away with it. Luckily the young employee knew where the bottle was and returned it to me. I did appreciate that very much. Covering the coward's back is something I will not comprehend, but he was helpful and...
