Van Nuys FlyAway Terminal - 7610 Woodley Ave — Local services in Los Angeles

I am starting this review as I am sitting in front of terminal 6 at LAX… I have called the “emergency” number twice already! They have promised me that there will be a bus coming in 20 minutes each time I have spoken to the operator! I have been here for over two hours and a half! Five busses have gone by, without stopping! The lady says that “they don’t stop if they’re full”… how do I get an empty one?! I can not walk over to another terminal! I walk with the help of a cane!!! I am disabled!!! I actually ended up calling someone to pick me up! Since my ticket has expired!!! Yes, it does last for 180 minutes, but I downloaded the app, and I activated it then, thinking that I should have enough time!!! If I could, I would give this service NO stars! On our way to LAX, we thought we had found the best way to save money and avoid driving in some LA traffic. If it were just based on the parking and fly away to LAX, this would be a five star rating. However, leaving LAX we (and a group of others) were passed three times waiting at Terminal 7 for pickup because the bus was full. We all had to walk to Terminal 1 to get on the bus TWO hours from the first bus that passed us. They should have different busses picking up at different terminals so nobody is passed more than once.
