All I can say is thank you sooooooo much!!!!!! The service they provided was very professional and fast!!! Chp called dispatch and had them call triple A let them know what exactly was going on and they also did let them know that I didn’t have any type of tools to fix it the flat tire but there is a spare in the car and they came and changed it for me 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I highly recommend them. I called and asked for an eta for the tow driver the person on the other end was very polite and very professional he told that the driver was five minutes away and sure enough he showed up within the five minutes and got his tools lifted my card up and went to work and took off my pop tire and replaced it with my spare tire and it literally took less than five minutes.!! Tow truck driver tried to drive my car despite it leaking oil and caused my engine to fail. Contacted AAA and they will be reviewing their contract with them as I have evidence of video and photos of him trying to drive the car despite having a cracked oil pan.
