I looked for a upholstered bed with storage everywhere and couldn’t find a place that wasn’t going to charge me $1600 for the bed, delivery, assembly, taxes, and so forth. Came across this place and decided to go by their office location(not a showroom). Just so I could see who I was dealing with face to face and be a little more comfortable spending my money somewhere I hadn’t heard of before. The guy inside who helped me was pretty cool I read the reviews before hand of him being rude but I don’t believe that’s the case he just not a bubbly person but he has no problem having a conversation with you. He asked me to show him the bed, he pulled it up, I paid for it and we set a date for Saturday. The only issue we had was the store is closed on the weekends and so I couldn’t call to verify which Saturday when I didn’t get a call from the driver. Called Monday morning explaining that I thought they were coming that past Saturday and he apologized and had my bed delivered the same day. The delivery driver was awesome and had my bed set up in no time, even after we spent awhile trying to figure out which direction I wanted the bed so that I could get to all the storage spaces in my small room with such I large bed. However, after initially placing our order, we received the worst customer service. They canceled our order because there was a typo with the email address despite having our number which could have been used to clarify the issue. After correcting our error and reordering based on their instructions, our order was canceled yet again. This time they stated "we don't do 3rd party cards!" Even after my partner tried to call and explain the situation, they were not receptive. Specifically, Kevin had the nastiest attitude regarding our situation. I find it difficult to believe that 3rd party cards are not accepted/accommodated as people are allowed to buy gifts for others, are authorized to use/make purchases, have business accounts, etc. This felt more discriminatory than anything else.
