Two of my nails broke 3 days after I got them done with bio gel. I was incredibly busy at the time and so I superglued them several times (about 5 over the course of 10 days). And then I finally had some time to come in and get them fixed and they refused to fix the nails. Iāve been coming here for 3 years and I have never once come in to have nails fixed from breaking. They said because I didnāt come in right away they couldnāt know if I was telling the truth which is an insane thing to say to a customer. I proceeded to show photographic evidence of when the nail broke and I called my husband and had him confirm that he had helped me superglue the nails many times over the course of the 10 day period and they still refused to fix the nails because it was their āowners policyā. Honestly I feel sad because Iāve been coming here for so long, I bring my daughter here with me, Iāve referred several friends here but after this experience I will never go back. I donāt know whatās happened to customer service but this was an insane experience that never should have happened. They kept saying you should have called, and sure, maybe I should have but I didnāt think they would behave this way to a client thatās never asked for a nail fix in 3 years of patronage. Iāve been super busy because I work full time and have a child and itās not that easy to slip away to get nails fixed. This is time that I have to set up once a month to get them done and then finally had a little time to swing by just for me to be treated like this. Not cool. Not getting any more referrals from me or any more...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt is my last time here. They seems to have few good masters, but the front desk personnel has no clue how to properly assign the time for services. I asked for two appointments for pedicure and they book 30mins for one and 45mins for another one. Obviously, the first one took longer, it was scheduled today from 10am to 10am, but ended up at 10.50am. That is why I was not able to see my master for 2nd one. The administrator proposed another specialist, and I said I am fine as long as he can do a pedicure well. I spent 45mins and he completely massed up my nail. I asked to keep the square shape with round corners (and i had long nails on my toes), and you can see on photo what he did. Not sure what his name, but don't take the mail specialist in this salon. When administrator, Greem or Grim, came over I asked if she sees a problem here, and she said no. I asked her if she knows how this shape should look like, she said yes. I don't think she is competent enough to be on this position. She also said if I am unhappy, I am allowed not to pay for service. She also called it "personal preferences"...Lol...I wonder if she heard about problem solving competencies. Probably not.. If this business continue to have administratorslide this, they won't survive in this business for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent here first time as I was in the area. Front desk got me in last minute which Iām thankful for. Got regular mani pedi as thatās what I get when I go somewhere new to see if I like it and if I wanna go back. Ben did my pedi and was SO detailed and gentle! Did an amazing job!! Then someone named āMā did my hands and boy could I have done a better job myself :( not only she pushed for gel a few times until I firmly said NO, but after that she was grabbing my hands and fingers with such attitude like she couldnāt wait to be done. Didnāt ask for her full name unfortunately. Thought maybe sheās in a rush to get to another client but no, she was just pissed at me because I said no to gel and after she was done she just went and sat to chat with another salon worker. Her job was far from good too - half of my nails have no clear coating on the sides š« š« š« š« so yeah make sure to avoid the one who puts her name as āMā...
