Loved Jovan then..... things changed.. she claimed I altered my appointments etc...She mailed me the most unprofessional letter firing me as her client. I was speechless. Literally I thought the world of this young lady who was sweet and talented. I once had an appointment for color only. she recruited her colleague to help her with the color. this took well over 4 hours which I didnt budget for. I was late for work and my time was not valued. The color was horrible!!!!!!!!!! Not only did I loose that whole day then I had to go back so she could fix it.

She was at the very sweet and personal. We talked about her life and the life of my family. I was never a fan of the front office but I wasn't going there for them. It has been well over a year since this happened and I am thrilled with the gal I now go to. she is darling but most importantly is mindful of clients time and would never ever treat anyone with the disrespect that Jovan did towards me. Jovan literally snapped.... It takes more then talent to keep a clientele happy. Professionalism is key to establishing long term trust and a client base. Sweet girl but who knows what she is really like??? I don't do drama. If she was upset about something she should have...

After wonderful work for 6 yesrs. My hairdresser was distracted by others. Never had a conversation with me. And gave me a total brown on brown highlights when she's always given me a light brown base and pretty golden highlight. So disappointed. Took up 3 hrs of my time. She offerd for me to come back to strip my hair which sounded awful.and my hair still recovering from health issues that made it very fragile. Plus I just don't trust her anymore. 6 year relationship. She a half owner. She doesn't keep cards on people. I don't know where she thought I'd want something totaly different after 6 years. There's no way with my heath I would want to 1. Strip my hair and 2. Get it back to a lighter brown and blonde highlights. Its gonna take mutiple sessions at another salon to fix. I can no longer recommend this salon. I did insist on getting my money back. Which. She NEVER offered. But she gave it back almost 300$ I'm devastated emotionally. After 6 year relationship she could do such a horrible mistake. I cant even look on the mirror....

I never actually gotten to the part where they did anything with my hair... but their staff is unfriendly, snobbish, and unwelcoming. One of the hairdressers, Julie, consulted me about the hair extensions I was thinking of getting. She looked at me down her nose probably thinking I could afford the treatment judging me by my jeans and old sweater ( what can I do, I am a busy mom with two kids and a million things to do. sometimes I simply don’t have the time to put anything decent on before I live the house.) I left the salon feeling like somebody dumped a bucket of dirt on my head. So. I don't know how good they cut people's hair, but they definitely need to give their employees a basic course on manners and respect first. I am spending my $...
