My bad experience started with Club Manager DENISE OROZCO. I am guessing Denise you skipped the management 101 class. Your job as a manger should be an iterative process. When something is out of the sync, you need to plan a fix, organize the resources to make it work, direct the people who will make it happen and continue to monitor the effect of the change. But of course how would she know all that when her goal is only using and abusing her position as a manager, when she canceled my husband's and mine membership purely to satisfy herself. We love our 30 min Circuit and Abs Classes with Erric Ausbon (he is an awesome trainer). The problem with this specific gym is that there are only 4-5 mats available and during the Abs class all the mats are used by other PF members. I expressed numerous concerns with Denise in regards to the mats, but she never did anything about it. When I requested to speak with her manager she refused to rely my concerns as she simple said "I am not going to call my manager for that". On my next visit I brought with me a yoga mat just in case all other mats are used by other PF members, as on the previous class I hurt and bruised my elbows and my knee as I was exercising on the floor. I am solution oriented and this was the solution on the given problem, as DENISE didn't offer any solution (except to cancel my membership)... What is the difference between bringing my towel to lay on or a yoga mat, since the gym doesn't have enough? But on my surprise my membership got canceled. She only stated that's the policy of PF and when I asked her to show me that rule in the Agreement that specifically forbids bringing the yoga mat she didn't have an answer. There is nothing in the Agreement I signed about bringing a yoga mat or a towel to the gym. I guess that's all DENISE OROZCO could do, since she doesn't posses any knowledge about rules and regulations and polices of the PF. How someone like that can hold a position as a Club Manager? She is very rude, unprofessional and doesn't know how to communicate. She is not friendly as other stuff members and she is very unpleasant. Does she even have an authority to cancel my membership? It sounds pretty crazy to me that someone can just make up a rule, and say what they want to say and obviously cancel your membership instantly... I was targeted and discriminated by DENISE as I see other PF members that come in with their own weigh belts or they come in jeans to exercise (which is clearly against the dress code rule, and a possibility for membership cancellation); I don't see their membership being cancelled... So it's obvious that DENISE DOES NOT PROMOTE Free -No Judgement Policy, but on the contrary the policy she promotes is very Judgmental...I didn't break any PF rules. I come here to work out and not waste my time and energy conversing with someone who doesn't know how. I would like my husband's and mine membership to get restored (activated) and I would really like to have a Club Manager who is capable of answering members needs, as clearly DENISE is not capable of. Read moreThere is no hot water, I had to take a cold, COLD shower. This is important because, I work out early mornings before work. This is ridiculous. I have to call everytime before I go to see if the showers have hot water.
Update: They finally have hot water, talked to some ladies in the locker rooms, some called corporate about the water. Thank-you for fixing that, let's hope it's stays on now. The water was inconvenient... Also some hooks to hang your towel, or to hang your change of clothes would be nice PF. The one in HP has them. This way they don't get wet... Or have to walk all the way to the locker making the floor slippery for other member.. Also, one of the counters in the women's locker looked like it was becoming loose and could, if not supported properly, injur a member.

Parking rules are not spelled out for people. You can only Park on one side, if you get to the gym before 7am and park on the opposite side, you get towed 7am-7pm. Then the PF sign reads from 9am-9pm, where do you park from 10pm-6am? If were forced to park at the. Top during late and dangerous hours, then please send your parking attendantsbup there to "patrol". also, management should be exact on what parking rules and where, and what spaces. Planet Fitness should announce to their members and maybe even remind via speaker phones, or paper notices that anyone parked should move their cars. Instead I get yelled at an unprofessional female attendant about how she did me a solid and not had my car towed. I had to waste 5 mins trying to advise her, over her frantic yelling that the signs should be more clear and define the regulations. Since she refused to listen to my request, I asked for managementd number so can personally call to inform them that not only are the signs hand written, and hard to read, but also that they hired the rudest female parking attendant. She was yelling at me like I stepped on her toes. She refused to give me managements number, so planet fitness please be responsible and make your members aware of your parking rules and regulations. The gentlemen attendants didn't tell me anything about parking the previous day, and I was parked in the same location. Please advise management to hire more professional courteous parking attendants like the two gentlemen in the dawn hours. We all come to PF to workout not trying to understand what the frantic parking attendant lady is trying to bark at you. I feel like PF as a business should take some responsibility. They also need to plan with the shopping center management and work alot of kinks out. I'm sure my self and other patrons don't appreciate being yelled about parking yet alone being kept in the dark.

I understand that so I’m going there today with my boyfriends card and I go in the back put my stuff in and go to go sit down to massage chair one of the tenants comes up to me saying oh excuse me can you come here your card is not working so I go up to the front and I say the card should be paid off for the year cause my boyfriend‘s sister paid it off for the year for him so he’s like no It is expired so we run the card again he says Oh no it is working, it expires on December 16 okay it the 2 of October today? Then says is it your card? I said no it’s my boyfriend. He said oh yeah well you can’t use it unless your boyfriend is here with you. I said well how would you know this because I’ve been here plenty of times. Is there like a picture or something that’s on there he said yes it is , I said OK because I was just here the day before yesterday and no one said anything to me! I am one disturbed by the fact that when I was standing right there and he held the monitor for me to put the card in he must’ve seen his face and didn’t say anything to me when entered. Then he waits till I come out to massage chairs to make a scene by telling me please come here Your card is not working when the card does work. I’m just not the person on the card. All he simply had to say to me upon entering because he was standing holding the scanner for me looking at me is whose card do you have if they’re not with you, you can’t use the gym. Telling me that the card is not working which it is working.
