Boil Daddy - DTLA — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Went in and no greetings. You order through a Kiosk, ok cool. Price of the food is kinda expensive… They charge $3.50 for one single egg and they demonstrated a picture of 3 eggs so I was assuming that’s what I was getting NOT just 1 egg. Snow crab was whatever $36 for HALF a snow crab. For some reason they gave me a bag w sausage ( I hate sausage) so I wasn’t aware it came w that since I had just ordered half a pound of just peeled shrimp. The shrimp were over cooked and the sauce they use was a bit confusing because I asked for super spicy and the mixture of their “Boil Daddy” sauce. It was ok and not spicy. The bag also came with 3 potatoes, 2 sausages, &1 corn. They charged $3.50 for a cup of white rice which wasn’t entirely full. They gave no utensils to open up the snow crab so I used my mouth lol. They also don’t give salt n pepper. The waiter would disappear to the back so there wasn’t anyone checking up to see if the food was okay or if we needed something. Overall I was expecting something better and idk it was like 6.5/10 for me, I usually like leaving tips for the waiter and kitchen but honestly it didn’t seem appropriate cause I wasn’t amazed at the quality of...

I order on uber the buy 1 get 1 half and half (1 lb) for a total of $63. My driver then contacts me saying the restaurant just contacted them saying they gave my order to someone else. I called the restaurant and told them the issue. Some worker who had just clocked in says there is no team leader, supervisor, or manager; that they are only there Monday-Wednesday. They also told me I would have to pay full price for my order because they would get in trouble for remaking the mistake they made. On top of that the worker I was speaking to said he will pay for 1 of the half lb out of his own pocket to help with my disappointment. YOU HAVE A TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICES I REALLY HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY HAD MY ORDER WRONG I WENT BACK HOPING TO GET MY ORDER CHANGE.
