Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Los Angeles

All women clothing mixed up the sign is written xl but when I try to get xl all were small size I am disabled can't stand more than five minutes asked for help from staff who was busy sorting out the dresses please were can I find xl size she didn't respond again I keep asking her then she said at the end I went and checked she lied I moved to the other associate ask for help he even didn't talk just pointed his hand I started looking all sizes were mixed I got couple dresses quickly and run to the cashier said hold my dress I can't stand I am sending my daughter in a second to check out which she came back with empty hands said system is down I really got disappointed because the staff were very angry only security said welcome and the three staff member I asked help I got negative feedback please improve the customer service if staff tired can't even talk to customer get some energetic people who can work less hours and have energy to talk to customer I asked just show me the xl size of dresses they don't want to talk time of shopping...

My wife and I stopped by this Ross on the way home because I needed to use the bathroom and I knew Ross would have one. At first I thought this Ross was closed because there construction happening around it but when you get closer, you'll see the store is still open. When you walk in, there someone to greet you and also guard the only exit. The store is pretty organized and a decent size. I didn't see any clothes on the floor. The bathroom is shared next to the fitting room and there someone monitoring that area as well. I was going to use the bathroom which the door had a keypad but the lady said someone was in it. Only 2 ladies walked out but I didn't see any men's but after another lady walked out she said I can go in. This Ross is in a decent size plaza with enough parking spots and it has more parking spots...

Ross just got a make up. It is cleaner , no broken items, no messy aisles, the lady in charge of the fitting rooms is finally smiling. No pesky customers screaming :" i want to talk the manager!it was a common hideous sight watching self entitled arrogant customers verbally abusing the young girl who told them that the victoria secret underwear was not returnable. Now. Enjoy the place, it was a nice shopping experience being there. But above all The friendlier awesome staff makes you feel safe and cared for. Finally, some one had the same vision. Having too much stuff falling from the shelves just made people think that nothing was valuable. Now. everything is neatly placed where it belongs.
