Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The Cambodian Owner and his wife are very rude to customers especially when they are working together at night shift. Separately working they are good. I think they should leave their domestic problems at home. The male owner is a chain smoker and takes many smoke breaks. I saw him smoke a cigarette on break then come in and made this family their sandwiches. He did not wash his hands just put on gloves. How disgusting! His mouth and clothing reeked with cigarette smoke I noticed. The family he was helping could smell him over the glass counter divider and felt offended by the look on their faces. Obviously the cigarette smell goes all over the food too..while he is preparing it... I think he should stick to big store issues and stay away from everyone's food. I make sure I manuver the line so I don't have him help me though it defeats the purpose sometimes, because he is always around fresh clean food I guess... A...

The ladies were extremely rude to me when I picked up my mobile order. I simply walked in, waited to be attended to informed them that I had a mobile order. Instead of acknowledging my request, both of them stared at me and then one of them questioned me, “Mobile?” I replied, “Yes.” One of the workers, in a rude tone, said, “Just wait.” They didn’t even ask for my name. They continued to make me wait for five minutes to hand me an order that wasn’t mine. When I told them it wasn’t, she rolled her eyes and handed me my order that was ready the entire time. The lady in the back proceeded to yell at me, “You didn’t tell me!”

The annoying part is that they never asked me for my name. They assumed that I was the big order that they were annoyed making. They gave me attitude for no reason, but they proceeded to greet an older man with kindness and welcomed him into the store. They also messed...

I like guys working there but the quality of food is not the best. I just got over-salted tuna sandwhich.
