Stick to takeout. Food here is pretty basic comfort food. Service is nice but I have doubts on cleanliness.
I’ve been wanting to leave a review for their pizzas which are comfortingly good when fresh. We’ve been ordering takeout for a couple of years now. Unfortunately I’m leaving a review now because I’m so dumbfounded by our first dine-in experience here.
We ordered 2 large pizzas and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo that includes a small garlic bread. We decided to get a fountain drink since it was myself, my husband and our three little ones.
She proceeds to tell me the prices for each size - small $1.99, medium $2.99 and large $3.99. I asked if there were refills and was told they give one refill. I ordered a large lemonade. We finished it and I get up to ask for the refill. They fill the cup 3/4 up. I begin to walk away and see my family.. I decide I should turn back and ask if they can fill it to the top. The gentleman replies that he can fill it to the top for an additional $2 charge. 1/4 of the top of a large equates to the price of a small fountain drink. I’m confused and ask to make sure. He repeats what he said and so I decline.
I’m leaving a review because I honestly don’t understand where the loss occurs when pouring one refill...

This franchised Ameci's location in Granada Hills has the friendliest owner. The specials are usually good enough prices for a family to save on a delicious dinner. So here's my experience today. I went into order something for lunch on a Friday afternoon. It was about 4:00 p.m. I approached the cashier and asked her what lunch specials they had or personal sized pizzas that were available.
The cashier immediately said no we don't offer that even though there was clearly a personal size pan pizza box taped up to the wall to show the special. I asked her again and she proceeded to say no until the manager said what are you talking about get this guy a couple slices. He asked how many I wanted, and I said 2 pepperoni.
I asked for a can soda as well. The total was about $4. Within 2 minutes and I was served four slices of pepperoni pizza and a can of coke. The people is amazing. Fresh, cooked to perfection just the right amount of toppings and overall I can say that I was completely satisfied.
This place is always a good choice for lunch or dinner. I'm definitely...
Read moreSo I decided to try this place for the first time. I've tried the one by my work in Woodland hills and it was good, on time etc. I ordered 2 eggplant/spaghetti dinners for pick up. The guy said 20 mins. Great! I sent my husband 25 minutes after I ordered as we live 2 mins away. My husband waited 25 mins longer as the food wasn't even started. Talk about upset.. I called the place and ask the guy why he told me 20 mins. His excuse was they got busy.. that's it.. So I take it customers mean nothing to them and my business isn't important enough. He knew when providing a time if it was busy or not when to pick it up. There was only 1 person dining in and 1 gentlemen picking up.. Food was terrible anyways.. the eggplant was so paper thin it tasted like all bread crumbs. It wasn't prepared properly in layers. Slices of Eggplant laid on top of spaghetti with all melted cheese on top. That's it.. not like it should be. And they charged 2.00 more for meat sauce.. smh garlic bread was soft, not crunchy. It was all a waste.. I won't take my business there...
