I stopped by this donut shop this morning to get some donuts while I was in the shopping center. I came in the early morning so I found parking in the front. I got two glazed donuts and two chocolate glaze donuts. They charge a credit card fee here but it's not a lot. They also have limited seating area here as well. The donuts were okay, I like the chocolate glazed more than the original.

Fresh Donuts is my favorite Donuts store in San Fernando Valley area !!! I have been going to this store for long time !!! They got an amazing selections of Donuts 🍩 !!! I love their donut holes, cinnamon rolls donut, and their Cronut. They people who work here are really friendly and helpful l !!! Definitely be back again !!!

The younger gentleman who works here is very rude and often treats me as if he doesn't want to sell me anything. No idea why, I'm always trying to be friendly and respectful when I go in but he just seems to judge me at face value and treat me horrobly rude while treating most other customers with amazing service.

This is very unfortunate because although I love the donuts here it is certainly not worth having to be treated so poorly when taking my business to this shop. I have just stopped coming here altogether.

However, all in all, this is an excellent donut shop (as far as the pastries and other employees are concerned.) I would recommend the Kro-Nuts (if youre into those), Ham & Cheese Croissant, Strawberry & Cream Cheese filled Croissant, or the Apple Fritter. I came here on the first day they were open and I have been a loyal customer in all the years since then. No more. Today, I walked in and politely waited my turn, as always. I greeted the owner's wife, so I know she knew I was there. But when it was my turn to be served, they helped somebody else who came in AFTER I did. At that point, I had no idea how many more people who came in after me were going to be served before me, so I cut my losses and left. There are too many donut shops in this town for me to put up with that...
