See's Candies — Local services in Los Angeles

Black Friday, November 25th, 2022, around 7pm. Bunch of lazy employees. All the employees that were working behind the glass of chocolate samples were incredibly slow and awkward. One of the employees that was working the other cash register, not the main one next to the glass but the other one on the left side when you enter the shop, gave me a sample of milk vanilla nut cream chocolate, which I liked so I told the other employees behind the glass to fill a 1lb box with just that one chocolate. They looked confused and lost when I told them to fill the whole box with just that one chocolate while emphasizing the name and pointing at the chocolate multiple times. One of employees was talking so low I couldn't even hear him. I had to ask him what he said 3 times until I finally heard him. Extremely disappointed with see's candies. You'd expect some costumer service from a fancy chocolate shop in a mall but I guess not. Didn't get their names unfortunately but the only helpful employee was the girl that gave me the sample. My wife wanted to stop by See's Candies today while we were inside Westfield Sherman Oaks mall. This See's Candies is on the 1st floor close to the mall entrance. This store isn't that big but it's perfectly fine for them. They have some stand outside of the store as well. My wife wanted to look at their chocolate box to give out for Christmas. See's Candies is the best chocolate ever! I lived in a state for a few years that did not have See's and I was so bummed. When I moved back, See's became a regular part of my life again! I love the See's Candies in Sherman Oaks in the mall. Everyone there is so friendly and kind. The Staff are amazing. You never have to wait more that a few moments when...
