The 4th Quarter — Local services in Los Angeles

I have ordered from this store on line 3 different times. And all 3 times they take over a week to actually ship the products. No "label created" does NOT mean my product is on its way. It simply means the store has finally created a shipping label and the product is at the store waiting for the courier to pick it up and begin the actual shipping process. I have shipped at this store many many times. And going into the store you will see there is no warehouse. It's all there in boxes on the sales floor. You guys need to do better, or stop...

I’ve been coming here for a while now and every time I come in they have a new hats. The designs are super cool and it’s like decisions, decisions on what I should buy next. Today I walked in and was getting me a Black Dogers hat with the word “Dodgers” in Laker purple but then I saw a white snap back Cowboys hat with the Star emblem stitched perfectly that I had to take that one instead. I am so glad I found out about this shop. An item was sold out every where and luckily, this shop had it. Sadly, I did buy the wrong size so I had to get a refund. However, refunds are only store credit so make sure you are certain when you purchase something. I didn't mind since I bought the same item in a different size once they got more in stock. They have so many options and a lot of classic jerseys...
