I placed a online order on July 26th, it is now SEPTEMBER 7TH and I still don't have my order. The Man who answers the phone is rude, won't look up my order and just tells me they are behind & give them another week. How much time do you need it's over a month now. Nobody responds to my emails. HORRIBLE Customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

EDIT.... I finally received my order in mid OCTOBER. It just showed up at my door never received a email saying it was sent or a tracking number. 90% of my order was fine I was sent a navy blue sweater but I Ordered a black one.
