5 stars for the ones who deserve and zero for those others I’m a store manger in retail have been for 20 years so let me start by giving credit to where’s it’s due the two young female employees in the front who were very welcoming and face lit up the store (Kuddos to you both ) i was helped by a Janie very customer friendly helpful and knowledgeable got an upgrade and home internet. Now the huge downfall as everything is getting done on my end the other female also very friendly and welcoming too ;who happens to be a newbie (who can definitely strive) was attending to another customer as she was assisting the tablet she was using was giving her some errors she went to ask for guidance Management shouldn’t be manger on top of micromanaging delegated judged and criticized her with the assistant manager (her drone)! She’s very toxic narcissist martyring and on a big power trip indefinitely Upper management take care of your awesome associates down let them be set up for failure . a private talk with YOUR associates to get an insight on the bigger picture will eliminate a toxic environment in the making LET THOSE WITH THE ACTUAL TALENT AND SKILLS AND GROW !!!!!!!!!!! I’ve worked in sales for many years and to witness the way they take advantage of customers, adding things to their bill without their consent let alone their understanding, especially to the older generations who have absolutely no clue what they are dealing with. Seems they have a track record for doing this! I love and have T-Mobile but this store is absolutely ridiculous!! I’ve never witnessed such carelessness and ugly attitudes towards their customers!!
