Absolutely terrible customer service!! They blame their customers for their mistakes and tell customers there’s nothing they can do. I called Cricket Corp and spent a 1/2 hour waiting for a rep, but once I spoke to a rep, my account issues were resolved in 5 mins and my bill was credited. Rep saw the mistakes made to my account and apologized. Terrible management at this store, also refused to talk to us. This store has also called LFPD several times on their own customers because one particular female employee gets offended whenever customers question her mistakes. Cricket is a great value and great company, but this particular store...

I've only been here a handful of times with my friend whenever he needed to pay his phone bill in time. I remember one time, his sister tried opening up a line with an unlocked phone she already had, but for whatever reason, they insisted she had to buy one there at the store. I have no idea if that is true or if the rep was just trying to bank on some commission, but either way, not cool. Thankfully, the other reps make up for that...

Can't say enough good things about Walter V., the guy at the counter who patiently explained plans, coverage, phones for me while I picked out a family plan for myself and 3 full time students who need internet, without exceeding a tight budget. This guy was great! Professional, knowledgeable and curtious! Definitely 5 stars... who knew... right here in Los Fresnos! Don't go anywhere else!...
