What a fantastic experience! I love this place!!!! They are friendly, approachable, amiable, reasonable, fair, and knowledgeable. I was super impressed! The other jewelry store in town seems super snooty to me. They have several signs on the door about what they don't do and who they won't do business with, which does not convey a welcoming feeling. It conveys a feeling of judgment and exclusion. But not Quality Jewelry! This place made me feel very comfortable right off the bat, and they offer a variety of supplies and services that the other place just doesn't. Definitely an inclusive place that doesn't judge a book by their cover, which I happen to appreciate. I went there to get a few rings resized, and they gave me a deal, plus they let me do a few trade-ins to cover some of the cost! They also offered the option of paying in installments, since it was a pretty big resizing order. I like having a choice. I love the flexibility, great communication, expanse of knowledge, down-to-Earth personalities and the range of services they offer. If you go with this company, you will get your needs addressed! I will definitely be going to them...

Be careful if you are selling your gold here i had 10k gold that weight was 3.1 grams the guy offered me 40$ and said take it or leave it I felt that was way to low for gold being 108$ a gram at the time so i decided to try Albuquerque and the guy out there gave me no problem actually made me feel more welcomed and the dude gave me $120 compared to the guy here in Los lunas only offering me 40$ when they say they’re just trying to make money don’t believe him he’s just trying to hustle you I don’t know if he’s the owner but he drives at red Ford expedition and he’s a tall Mexican dude not gonna lie he probably could’ve gotten it if he would’ve been more welcoming instead of saying $40 take it or leave it and not looking me in my eyes while saying it made me feel like he was scamming me especially how another jewelry shop offered me three times more careful for scammers cause this...

Went in to get a custom engagement ring made, they said they could get it made within 2weeks to a month. I had to buy a lookalike of the ring I wanted so they could make a mold. Fiance and I went in to give them the ring they said that it'd be ready soon since they didn't have to make the mold. When we were told to go in they were closed because they wanted to go camping. They've had very poor communication and overall very unprofessional. When I called to ask about the ring I was told "it's a custom ring mija it takes time" even though they gave themselves the time limit. It's been 4 months and I haven't heard anything from them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, if I could give zero...
