Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Lunas

Fun Fact: the first sentence in plain English on the back of every Pizza Hut brand box is *Ahem "The delivery charge is NOT a tip." In fine print on both the adverts and television commercials it often says "Online Only" i.e. the large 7.99 deal they have= ONLINE ONLY. Nothing worse standing behind some one who doesn't exactly know how to read and gets into an argument with the staff because ,o' surprise you can't order online exclusives in store. The specials are the same every day, asking what the special is everyday is kinda like opening your empty fridge again and again hoping for a horde of food the next go around. Handmade pizza sometimes takes more than 15 minutes to make, patience is a virtue. With instant internet, instant macaroni, and fast food, humans became used to instant. Instant delivery is kinda impossible, they're humans not elves. Don't believe the 30 minute delivery jip they're forced to tell you, y'all live here! have you seen the traffic!? At all times of the day nothing but horrible drivers and people trying to relearn how to drive while typing out their autobiography going 20 in the fast lane!! Just because you know how to get to your house, doesn't really mean some teenage something kid will know instantly just 'cause you give them an address. Google maps is sometimes misleading to all of us, and often pizza is ordered at night so... dark (?). Driving around Los Lunas, I've noticed something: Putting visible address numbers on both houses and mailboxes has become extremely taboo! Finding an address in this town is often dam near impossible! faded white on white numbers on white boxes. Extremely tiny numbers often. A beautiful bush...parked right over the address number, or most the time just straight up missing. This is all I noticed just by observing the customer service and relations between employee and customer at this particular store and town. Just by driving around this town I noticed so much!! Hard to find addresses, they hire nothing but kids, intensely ego infused locals everywhere, we're all at fault, Can't we just all get along and eat a slice of pizza? Let us forgive and forget to create...

I don’t usually leave bad reviews. But felt the need. I have ordered from this location twice for carry out.

The first time I went to go pick up my order they didn’t have it ready. Turns out the accidentally sent it out with the delivery. Asked if I minded coming back in 30 minutes so the could remake it. Accidents happen so I agreed. Came back 40 minutes later. Order wasn’t ready. So I waited. A delivery driver comes back and brings in some pizza and takes them to the counter. They then tell me my order is ready and try to give me these pizzas that were put in a delivery vehicle for an hour. Refused the order. Asked for a refund. Then the tell me the will remake it and give me a five dollar credit. A whole 5 dollars for my wasted time.

Try again today. Figured had to be a fluke. It’s been 6 months. Wrong. Placed order. Picked up. Paid and left. Got home and the Detroit Pizza had no sauce on it. I called in. Apparently they were out of Detroit pizza sauce (but the other pizzas had sauce to figure that out). So rather than call me and ask if I want to change it or substitute the sauce they make it without the sauce. My recompense.........a 5 dollar credit. From a manager that couldn’t even take the time to speak to me on the phone, the manager used an employee to relay this...

The first thing I want to say is that Taylor, at the LL PH is terrfic!! She was nice, kind and patient while dealing with a rotten situation because their internet and electronic systems were down. She is a gem!! Employees like Taylor are rare and she is why I will go back to this restaurant. And is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3. I ordered online to pick up at noon. Got there at noon. Order was not ready. They said internet in n out but my order got placed and accepted. But, they were having to turn peeps away. Orders could not be placed because systems were down. My order was incomplete. I pd online using a CC. Supposedly the money was automatically refunded. They still gave me what they were able to make, for free. I wasn't happy as I waited a half hour past the pickup time, but Taylor was so nice. I feel badly that they were having to deal with this situation of systems being down. The guy there kept calling n trying to get answers. They all did a good job, but, Taylor was the best and I appreciate...
