Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Los Lunas

I’m not the type to leave a review, but this place is horrible. This is not your typical “hot & ready” Little Caesars. I had such a bad experience last time that I wrote a message to corporate. I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza, that is usually hot and ready, 45 minutes before going to pick it up. When I got there the place was busy and there were only 2 younger girls working, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But the young ladies were screaming at each other expressing their hate for working there and how much they want to quit. Loud enough for the full lobby to hear. Then they were rude to every customer to walk in. They weren’t rude to their friends that walked in and went behind the counter and got free pizzas before every patient customer. So once I got my “hot and ready” pizza, an hour and a half later, they decide to tell me then that they don’t have the crazy bread combo and gave me wings instead. So I left a message for corporate hoping something would change, but got no response and had a similar experience just now when I ordered 50 minutes before arriving to an EMPTY little caesars the two young ladies were sitting down and said they haven’t started any pizzas yet. Mind you it’s lunch time and this place promotes “hot & ready” pizzas. But to not have started my pizza I ordered 50 minutes before and see them sitting around I’m pretty furious that these two remain employed here. I won’t return and if your looking for a quick pizza I don’t recommend going here either. Bad representation of...

Been to this store numerous times. Its seems like every time I go that they have been letting their hot and ready pizza sit out past its prime time, the ingredients are shriveled up and the cheese gets hard. There is a short female employee that looks like she is still in high school that works as a cashier, every time my wife or I ask for a fresh pizza she acts like it is the end of the world and give us really dirty looks. I don't think most people want stale food and I think that employees should know that the customers are the reason they stay in business. We recently asked for fresh pizzas and we went home and received the wrong order and to boot she was in the back laughing with another employee while preparing our food. I will never be back to the location in Los Lunas due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff and the lack of proper management. There is a Dion's and Pizza Hut in the same center and they always treat people with some decency. Be forewarned if you ask for fresh food you...

So tonight was the 2nd & last time trying Little Caesars pizza. The first time they decided that what we had ordered was not what we wanted, so they decided on their own to change our order.

Tonight we decided to give them another chance. That was a mistake. Firstly after placing the order for 2 deep dish pizza's the time went from 35 minutes to 55, then 1:20 minutes finally to 2:05. When the pizza arrived the DD driver handed me 1 pizza.....I asked her where the 2nd one was. The driver said that Little Caesars had called & ok'd the change with us......NOPE .... no phone call nor authorization to change the quantity of pizza's. I then take the pizza in the house & open it there's only pepperoni on it, not the extravaganza that was ordered. It is a thin crust & not a deep dish. Took the pizza back to them and demanded a full refund.
