Great place to get your Lemitar, NM green chile "fix". This is my first time at their new location but the process is very efficient. 1) You go inside to order and pay (cute little shop inside). 2) They give you a post-it with a number. 3) You put the number on your passenger side window so the workers roasting the chile know what you ordered. 4) Then you drive to the pick-up line (the wait time varies) and they load it into your vehicle. I have been getting Lemitar hot green chile from Rosales Produce for years and it never disappoints. It's got great heat and delicious flavor! (I'm from NM, but live in Colorado Springs. Drove down just to get my chile from here because there's nothing like New Mexico green chile! ...

Edited this review from 2 stars to 4. Chile is excellent. Farmer owned shop. The next day I went to shop to explain in person what had happened. They kindly replaced half a bag of chile and I agreed to bring a box when I get chile again because the plastic bag melts. Problem solved and lesson learned. Old review.. Dissapointed...chile good but .... no pricing then get hit for $50 which is $8 more than other great chile. Then they put hot chile in a plastic bag no box no double bag. Very bad and you would think they would have the knowledge on how to properly pack hot chile. All on the ground melted bag and now a drive to hassle it. No one to answer phone. So...

I made a mistake going into the exit gate. A man was waving me away. All the while they were allowing a white male to sit in the exit lane to wait for his roasted chili. The man parked there did not want to budge. I chanced damaging my vehicle and his by squeezing by him to satisfy the raging worker. I thought that was very racist and privileged. I did not buy...
