We were in the neighborhood watching balloons land and decided to get some breakfast. We almost went elsewhere but this place caught our eye, and I'm so glad it did! I had a burrito (bacon/red), husband had the breakfast quesadilla (bacon/green) and toddler had the oatmeal with berries. The burrito and quesadilla were huge and delicious. The red chile was so good I ended up getting an extra cup of it so I could smother my burrito. As others have said, the ingredients seemed really fresh and nice quality. The eggs in the burrito seemed like real eggs, the bacon was nice and thick (not like the food service bacon you can see through) and the portions were large but manageable. My toddler loved her oatmeal, which was covered in a huge pile of fresh blueberries and raspberries. We took about half of it home and she ate it throughout the day. First time here. We were greeted by the counter staff with courtesy and professionalism. They were super friendly and seemed like the enjoyed working there. The food was amazing! I ordered the frito pie. It tasted like New Mexico. The textures were perfect and the flavor was incredible. I want to take a moment to talk about the red chile. Holy ———-!
