Lesley Steller has taken care of the numerous special projects I have on a weekly basis. On the technical side. I often work with Mike Sanders and Tes Bitul at the San Diego locations. Worked with this company for three years now--they were extremely patient and thorough in the printer and program selection process, and the competent technicians are always responsible and willing to assist. Their online ordering was tricky to set up, but fulfills on time and with useful correspondence. My machine has worked flawlessly, thus I cannot speak to repair service--until then I must submit complete satisfaction about my experience...

Before signing a contract with a new copy company a few years ago I did a lot of research, meeting with over 4 different companies. LaserCycle offered competitive pricing with a small company feel. I am pleased to report they have been great to work with and always timely with service when we have had issues (which is not often) and friendly when we call. Keep up the quality work!!
