I stopped into this place while on a family vacation last week. One of the things that I do when I'm in a new city is check out the local comic shops and see if there is anything I can find that I've been looking for.
This shop is decent overall. It has a good selection of current comics as well as some trades. They have a small back issue selection. I didn't spend too much time looking through it, but it looks fairly picked over. They have a very large $1 comic section and a discounted trade paperback section. I'm always greeted as soon as I open the door. Staff goes out of their way to make sure we know if they just got in something of a series in looking at or if they have extra variant covers put away. And with the rewards punch cards, it's easy to find yourself with some extra scratch to go on a little spree from time to time. I'll say it again: I...

If you cannot lower overall prices, look into doing regular sales and coupons. You do a good job with social media, so perhaps utilizing that to market those sales and...
