Subway — Restaurant in Louisville

This location doesn't take any Subway franchise coupons . They have a handwritten note on there door, (Big sighn) How can you be a franchise owner of Subway and not take a franchise Subway coupon? I don't understand the logic , Why Would you not accept your own corporate advertising, ? First It increases business and traffic flow , it gets people used to coming to your location, Plus brings in traffic to your store, this is a ridiculously stupid move by the owner, You have a ridiculous store policy, It's going to cause you to, lose your store. Your sales are already low your store traffic is almost non-existent, at this location, and then you pull a dumb move like that, you're not a very smart this is what puts franchise owners out of business fast, there were six people in my van when we pulled up, two of us had coupons, we decided to go to a different Subway because, think about the actual revenue you lost out on , SMH . What do you think we're going to remember about your store? Next time we want subway, and what do you think everybody else is going to remember about your store? That's right, is it going to remember that you don't honor Subways branding and advertising, and in the back of their mind they're going to associate that with quality as well...

I ordered 2 subs online Thursday for my daughters field day on Friday. We got the ham and cheese sub plain just bread, meat, and cheese. It came fully dressed with extra sauce and was super soggy, then I got the cold cut comb with light lettuce, extra onions, pickles, cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, pepper jack cheese, and NO sauce. It has NO cucumbers, NO cheese, extra lettuce, and what looks to be extra mustard! Oh did I mention that they r only 4 1/2 inches long?!? So need less to say we didn't get to have lunch today thanks to subway! My daughter was super upset and so am I! Very disappointed. Ordered a guacamole turkey bacon sandwich ft.long. There was no guacamole on my sandwich at all and that is the main reason I order that specific sandwich. The bread on the bottom didn't even cover my entire sandwich either. I call to see if I can get refunded for the extra I payed for what was not included on my sandwich and was told to come back up and I am unable to now due to being at work and I got hung up on.
