Will definitely go back. Aaron was very helpful, he went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. He took his time to understand what I was trying to explain and honestly, I was having a hard time explaining what the part was but Aaron was super patient and very helpful in making sure I got what I needed so I didn't spend unnecessary money. I was very appreciative of that. Even the lady that worked with him was very friendly and between the two of them, they made the whole experience very pleasant, not making me feel like I was some uneducated individual that was clueless and that I was just wasting their time in the guessing game. They were both outstanding and did their job well and I will say I was very skeptical going in because I had just been treated badly by another place of business before me going to O'Reilly's where I was told ("I was wasting their time to return when I wasn't so clueless"). Wonderful woman helped with a battery purchase today and she was clear and concise.. Very grateful for her as she was multitasking and then the computer wouldn’t work so we had to move to another station but didn’t miss a beat, lol.
Prices are competitive, always have what I need for a brick and mortar store and you can be in and out in minutes.

Read more(Would leave 0 stars if i could) Brought in a brake caliper that I bought from their store a week ago. This is my 2nd time they gave me the wrong caliper. (With receipt). I explained the situation to the two cashiers. Tried on the caliper, and the banjo bolt in the brakeline didn't fit the caliper, so I spent a few days looking for a bolt that would fit the new caliper. Couldn't find one, so I brought it back today, and they took one look at it and said "this obviously looked used," and said "we can't give a refund, we can only replace it with a new one". So why can't I replace this with a new one and return the replacement? "Fantastic" service here. If you want the fastest response by the laziest people, show up while these two are working. What does "lifetime warranty" even mean if it's not even a week...
