Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Louisville

I visited this establishment to pick up a delivery. I was told it wasnt ready, there was one other person in front of me. Everyone in the store was helped and had left, so i went to the counter and asked if the order was ready, she asked the name again then replied; i dont think we have that order, then said oh wait i have it here, then pulled it out from under the counter by the register. The order was 1 sandwich and a fry, and i had waited over 20 minutes. Im not sure what it was about, but the delivery service knows exactly what time i arrived, and exactly what time the order was handed to me. What bothers me the most is that the customers food sat under a counter, fries got cold and the sandwich stale, not sure if it was against me or the customer. She did stall me up like 20 minutes which is on me on delivery time, but the customer recieved trash food and that is on the restaurant. The way the economy is going you would think this type of behavior would be unacceptable. I am out here working to take care of my family and do not have time for games. I will not step foot back here for delivery or myself and im sure the lady that paid for cold stale food, and the delivery that took way to long feels...

I should preface this by saying that I don't do this. You have to mess up a sandwich pretty badly for me to want to talk about it.

Ordered online 3/17 12:47P.M. Pickup time given was 1:00P.M. Went to pickup counter and stood in line. After several other people came in and ordered and the line in front of me cleared out, the staff walked away. Eye contact made no less than half a dozen times; immediately looked away. No acknowledgement from staff. At 1:23, asked if order could just be refunded. I ordered ahead to use my break at work which is ten minutes. It was going on thirty. It took them a few minutes to find my order, which was on the counter. They said it had only been there five/ten minutes, and didn't know I was there.

Twenty five minutes after pickup time, this is what I was given. It was hardly warm and the chicken was cold on the inside and not cooked thoroughly. I had to throw it away.

I would really advise against going here. Incompetent staff, apathetic attitude, terrible...

Came in the door and waited an extremely long time to be able to place my order. Then my order was messed up and they left food off. After that they forgot to bring the condiments I had requested. The food was ok but the customer service was appalling. The have a sign for applications there are three workers here and it's not busy at all. Just disappointing to not have very good service. A young lady I am assuming is on her lunch break had to stop eating and come help the young man at the counter after he asked the other young man cooking to please come help him take orders. So food is good customer experience was poor. There was maybe 4 customers in the restaurant so she should not of had to stop eating to help. I...
