The owner of this Subway location lacks transparency when it comes to accepting coupons. While the app allows you to use them, the owner often decides whether or not to accept them once you're at the store. In my experience, after using multiple BOGO and $12.99 FL coupons here before, today was different. He canceled my order without any notification other than the App.
I understand that he is focused on making money, which is fair, but it would be better if he followed the lead of other privately owned stores by toggling off certain coupons in the system.
Ultimately, he wasted my time and gas, as I drove to the store only to have my order canceled. To avoid similar frustration, I recommend going to another Subway nearby, where the experience will be much smoother. Show him that money isn't everything when...

They're not especially helpful with, nor do they care about, app/web related issues at checkout (**see below) and have told me things that aren't true (can't do sauces on the side or that they're extra $$). They've never once read the Special Instructions/order notes on my orders (and yes, they did go through; showed on the receipts), which leads to them remaking sandwiches. Not that any of that's an issue at the moment, because for a while now, you haven't even been able to order online, no matter what time of day.
