I’ve ordered from this site many times, and they make good products. But some of the staff that answer the phones are extremely rude. I called on Monday to request that the accidental triple-charge to my bank should be dealt with. The previous Friday, I got a kind tech support who was nice about it. But after seeing no change in my account by Monday, I called again. The woman (who sounded older) was screaming at my mother and I when we kept telling her that we had a problem. Because they hire obnoxious people like her, I will never order from them again. People shouldn’t treat other human beings like she did. And she was manning the phone! She should be fired. I’m sorry to complain about a good, Catholic organization, but I don’t think I should be treated like this. It seems that there was a problem with the last...

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I can't say enough good things about it. Affordable rosary making parts. The same sweet little lady waits on me every time (I've been shopping here for years). The service is fast, the shop is spotless, there's a bunch of stuff to choose from. Seriously one of the most pleasant places I spend money at.

I have been making rosaries for 45 year. About 85% of the time I have received my supply from our Lady's Rosary Makers. There has never been a time where I was disappointed with their service and never have they been unfriendly to me either by mail or by phone. The people who I did speak to were respectful and kind. They have good public relations. Thank you for all your support and reasonable prices.
