I used to love this store but last time I visited the guy working mortified me. We were having a normal conversation and joking around about some of the products they sell and I guess I said out loud a thing that people use some of the products for so he told me I had to leave! He literally wouldn't even let me purchase anything I had came there for and made me leave. I've never been so embarrassed in my life!!! Not to mention very confused because I still don't understand what I said that was bad enough to get me completely kicked out of the store.. I can't even put into words the way that man made me feel that day. It's so upsetting to me become I used to love this store so much. I remember once upon a time a few years ago the staff was incredible and made you feel so comfortable and welcome. I gave him my budget of $100 and he found a piece that was worth around $100 according to him. Complete waste of money. Nail so small and all the wax ended up down into the water chamber and I was putting tiny dabs on the nail. The dome wasn't clear so you couldn't tell if you were putting your wax on the nail or if it if you are hitting the side of the dome. Tried to talk to owner but was told they are never there. An older white gentleman with reddish hair is always working when I go in to purchase kratom and capsules. He is polite, friendly, and fast. I am usually in a hurry and he never fails to accommodate my needs as fast as he can. He always welcomes me with a smile and tells me to have a good day on my way out. I can't tell you how far a smile and little courtesy can go when I'm having a rough day! This guy must be working alot sense he's the only employee I ever see..he needs a raise for sure!
