Las Cazuelas Mexican Cuisine — Restaurant in Watterson Park

The only reason due to low score is prices. Bit over priced and will not return due to this fact. Nearly double the cost what we pay at our local restaurant back home. Restaurant was empty except for one customer that came in after us. They charge per drink but do not tell you that as they offer to get refills. Back home, our local restaurant is ALWAYS packed to the point that you have a hard time getting parking or having to wait to be served. So my question to the owner is: is it worth charging such high prices if no customers come due to cost being almost $30 person with tip included? Costs are going up but not people’s pay so customers are going to look for more places that give more bang for buck these days. Just...

I've been here a couple of times now in the past few weeks since they opened and have been very impressed on both occasions. It's a nice colorful and cosy restaurant with attentive and friendly staff and MORE importantly - AWESOME food.

It has all your standard favorites but the little tweaks here and there really make a difference. The salsa is flavorful and refreshing, the fajitas are made with fresh ingredients and the prawns have been tasty each time.

They also have decent lunch combos which are a great cheap take-out option. Nothing amazingly different from the larger chains but the taste is much better. Prices are reasonable, restaurant is clean, staff are great. Can't go wrong here at...

I wanted to re create a dish from my favorite Mexican restaurant from my hometown, the waitress entertained all my details and asked questions so she could communicate to the kitchen. The dish came out looking just as I remember and tasted even better. I rarely give reviews but this place went out of their way to please me and my taste buds.
