About a year ago I called this company to remove some bats. They came out took my money, and got rid of the bats. They never came back to fix the house and remove the nets. After a handful of months, I left one of my first reviews ever and gave them a bad review. A couple of months later I finally got a hold of someone and was told that my contract was terminated since in the small print it stated a bad review would mean termination of the warranty. Who does that? I would think they would want to resolve the issue and make good on the original deal. I said a few choice words being very upset and feeling I got taken advantage of. I fixed the two entry spots myself and moved on. I am writing this today almost a year later as the bats have returned and I have to find someone to fix the problem that they did not. Would have been nice to call them back and have them fix it but I am back looking for someone new. Hope I have better luck this time.

Words of advice, if you do use them, don’t leave a bad review after they let you down because they will void your contract and you will have to pay someone else...

ZERO STARS. I called in to report an injured goose in a public area. With the hopes that this goose would, best case scenario, be healed. Worst case scenario, peacefully put down away from the public. What did I get for my attempted good deed? I got redirected to a online wildlife help site THAT DOESNT EVEN SERVE KENTUCKY. After trying to call back to solve the issue their employee made the whole thing a joke. Putting on an accent and pretending to be an old man. This clearly shows the lack is empathy or humanity present in the employees at entry level, and a failure of the management to ensure that every injured animal case is taken seriously. Phoned them at a local phone number because I found a baby possum. The person interrupted me telling them what I found, telling me I needed to go to a website that they mumbled to get my local support. I repeated what I thought I heard them say. They said "what?!" and repeated themselves. I asked them to spell it and instead they just repeated it louder. I could not understand it sounded like ahmail at first then ahnail. I finally said "are you saying nail like fingernail?" They replied "WHY WOULD YOU GO TO A WEBSITE ABOUT FINGERNAILS FOR WILDLIFE???" I just kind of sat there like....?
