Subway — Restaurant in Louisville

After waiting on two subs (one black forest ham, one buffalo chicken) for about 15 minutes in the drive through with only one car in front and no one inside both subs still came out completely wrong. I received tuna instead of black forest ham. Nothing was toasted and completely cold. on the remake it was STILL NOT toasted...The bread was cold and soggy, which I didn't even know subway was capable of doing. It's as if they had to de-thaw it and still served it..the remake was wrong again and BOTH sandwiches didn't have any cheese or the right veggies (including the buffalo) the young man on the drive through speaker was very slow and rude when ordering. The young lady at the window was unapologetic about to mess ups and still failed to fix them. She also charged my for the wrong food and was snobby about that as well. I've gave this place many chances because of the drive through, but after several bad experiences consecutively, I will not be coming back. HIRE MORE...

The employees are extremely rude and even had the audacity to rush me through my orders. The fact that every single time I visit this location and it ends negatively makes the appeal of Subway, as a whole, really off putting. My recent experience was as follows: I walked in a few minutes before closing and received a horrible greeting. The first thing said to me by the employees was to "hurry up and order" so they could close a little bit earlier. Not only was it extremely disrespectful, but it was also followed by a rushed command to "tell me what kind of sandwich you want." But it didnt end there, long story short, this particular location is not for the people with low tolerance for rude employees and rushed orders. If you're up to being treated like an unwelcome customer, then maybe they can offer you a positive experience, however I can recount numerous other times my visit to this particular Subway did not end well. If I could give Zero stars I would. I have frequented this Subway previously and was pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. Until today….the new manager Sitga I believe is her name, told me my coupon was not good for the sandwiches I ordered. Now there are sandwiches on the coupon that are not included. I made sure that none of those sandwiches were ordered. I have been to this location several times and have used this same coupon for these same sandwiches each time I have received it in the mail. Today she told me that they accept the coupon but not for the sandwiches I ordered even tho that is not what the coupon states. How is that even ok??? I said I would under no circumstances be paying $42 for 3 sandwiches that was supposed to be $18 and she ripped up my coupon. I will never ever...
