Most of my visit was fine until checkout. The woman checking me out was very nice but what Iām assuming was the manager came up partway through our transaction and began reprimanding the two cashiers on not wiping down the floors between checkout stations and then proceeded to get on his hands and knees while we were still checking out and started wiping down the floor next to us. The cashier hadnāt even finished checking us out and while paying he was practically underneath us. Very rude and unprofessional to not only reprimand employees in front of customers but to also get on your hands and knees and clean the floor underneath the customers actively checking out. Didnāt get the name of the cashier but she was very nice through our whole interaction - she was blonde with tattoos. The manager was older and bald and didnāt even acknowledge us or the fact that he was encroaching in our personal space. Definitely wonāt be back and I feel very sorry for any staff that has to put up with his...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve only been in this store one time before, and I tried their fried chicken. I thought it was good. I buy fried chicken a lot, so they locked me in as a new customer. But the second time I went in there, I asked for an eight piece chicken, and I asked the gentleman if he could replace the chicken thighs with chicken legs or another piece. My family doesnāt eat chicken thighs. The gentleman then proceeded to bark at me that thereās no substitutions, and that is management decision. I told him what sense does it make for me to get chicken pieces that I donāt eat. He then proceeded to tell me I could feed them to my dog. I asked him was management available for me to talk to, he told me they were gone for the day. Iām not in the grocery store business line of work, but Iām guessing chicken legs and chicken thighs canāt be that much of a price difference. The food is good, but I will never spend another dime in this store due to my experience. I went to Kroger and...
