New View Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Louisville

I was not impressed with their fried foods. They were too nasty-tasting to even eat. I think their oil was bad or something, so hopefully that was only a one-time problem. I'm not fond of the location, either. I don't think I would feel safe walking out to my car after dark there. The karaoke was SO loud you had to literally shout at the person next to you to hear them. But on the positive side, the people that worked there were very nice and accommodating. They let me choose a different meal when I told them I didn't like my original one. And their enclosed outside area was nice as well. I will try the place again, maybe earlier in the evening so I'm not leaving after dark. The bar itself was cool, but the outside environment was a bit offputting.. Do give them a try, though... I've visited this establishment on multipleoccasions now. It is a nice local bar. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The food is good. Music is always changing and lively. Everyone always seems to be having a great time. The drinks are good and reasonably priced. I've only been on every day of the week. Sometimes is a slow quiet night others it's busting at the seems. It is cash only but there is an ATM on site. Their staff is friendly, energetic, and attentive. I personally enjoy the small bar feel and love coming here. We play pool, watch sporting events, try our luck at keno and scratch offs, sing karaoke, played corn hole, and have met a ton of people. Its always...

My husband and I split a fish dinner at the suggestion of Kristi, who took our order. It was more than we could both eat. I have enough leftover for tomorrow's lunch. The entire place brought memories of watching the TV show "Cheers." Kristi was able to name every person in there by names. So, that conveyed they're all long-time guests to me. Yes, I purposely chose to use guests as opposed to patrons. There is most definitely a difference between the two. I plan to visit frequently. I will update about amenities of the place as I utilize each one. I do want to play billards at least once. I can only withstand embarrassing myself ......
