Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

I forgot to add how the workers constantly kept dropping the cooking equipment on the the floor and the guy pulling up the pizza kept fixing his pants from the back. Thumb in crack slide up. I knew the pizza was gona be trash then but I wanted to give them a chance since I hadn’t ate all day because of my current schedule

TBH I’m going to have diarrhea tomorrow from this sloppy pizza the workers there made me. I mean damn I’ve seen a shift of two workers at a little ceasars make a better effort then the guys working tonight. The wait was crazy but that’s not the problem they just poured a pot of sauce on each pizza then drowned it in cheese and did a bad job cooking this doughy wet mess. And my order was wrong and the manager is clueless. I asked him a simple question and felt like it was my fault he doesn’t know anything past messing up a pizza order. Everyone in there around 20 at one time were all given the same excuse that the pizza is coming out now for over 40 minutes. Man I got a life and little ceasars is supposed to provide a quick quality meal for the worth. Call me big back but damn little ceasars on outer loop is ridiculous. Not worse then Hillview Pizza Hut yet but will be if they let these guys continue to work without proper training, help and a mature...

ordered on the app. got the notification it was “ready”. get there and my order is nowhere to be found. employee asks what i ordered?? so i tell him and then he says it’s “probably in the oven” keep in mind, this is 45 minutes after i ordered by now. it’s not in the oven, it was ready and someone else picked up my order… so by now, they’re asking everyone in the store what their order is? but not doing anything except looking at an empty counter. why would you not start making what we ordered and paid for? there’s no online customer service chat, just a form to fill out your contact information to have someone get back to you. i found the 800 number, so i call that and of course they’re closed. so now i have been on hold with the store for a total of 32 minutes. not sure what im expecting to happen, considering the confusion i experienced in the store. i’m out the money i paid and im sure its going to be nearly impossible to get a refund. also, every time i visit this location, its two or three high school kids working. no one seems to be in charge or know whats going on if theres an issue with an order. ive had several issues,and never wrote a review… however to have the employee offer no solution, or even try to figure out how to fix it,...

Management will give you old hot and ready food. And when you catch them they don’t even apologize. Be careful!!!

I came in and ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and wings. I asked if they make them fresh, they male cashier in a bucket hat didn’t really answered just looked at the hot box at the 3 orders that were hot and ready. So requested that my wings be made fresh. I watched him cut my pizza and when the wings came out he took them to a different table , opened the hot box and emptied an old container of wings with 2 fresh wings and attempted to serve it to me. A girl had approached the counter at this point asking if I was waiting on “ Brandi” I said yea and told her they can keep the wings because that boy just gave me old chicken. I then asked why they don’t make the wings fresh . She responded “ it’s not that”. So I asked why did he put old chicken in there, she had no response just asked me if I wanted the chicken.
