Highbrew Coffee Co — Restaurant in Louisville

Pretty cozy place I went here last Friday to get some coffee with my brother after having to run an errand, two other groups came in and even though it was only on barista they handled it well for one being a bigger group. The other group was asking about the drinks and any sugar free options and the barista that was working was answering and serving very well. They also were very nice about be asking about jobs (as I have been trying to find work nearby) and said they will ask about it and even if nothing came from it they still where nice and eased my nerves about asking The coffee was also very good and there is alot of options of flavoring that isnt seen in many places. Also I love the fact the straws are paper and pretty durable ones at that maybe just a little short for the large drinks. Though if you aren't a fan you can always just sip or bring your own straw but I think they work...

Was in town and looking for a local coffee shop to stop and hang out for a bit before our flight. Found this spot, and was surprised it was empty considering the cozy furniture and atmosphere. This is definitely a spot people would want to spend some time in if they had a reason to stay. They were out of all tea except for earl grey. So I ordered an iced latte, and mistakes were made.

First, they only had boba straws, which after a few strategic attempts to make it work with no suggestions, we gave up and went without lids. An odd inconvenience - not major, but we were in a rental car and trying to be careful about spills.

Then I took a drink and realized the milk was off. Like OFF off. Just one drink and my stomach is paying for it now. No amount of comfy couches can make...

The coffee is great,they have many flavor options and the option to create your own. It has a cool laid back vibe. It's a hidden gem so it's never crowded.i didn't notice it for 2 years and it's right on the road,people just don't know to look for it.It is a privately black owned local business however it is not something that is noticeable or directed toward serving just the black community. Excellent neighborly service and value their customers. My debit card wouldn't work and my cash was only $2 but they gave me my drink anyways. I am bringing the money back up there tomorrow but they did not say I had to. Last time I was there for a couple hours using WiFi and watching their Netflix.
