This store is nothing but a hassle, they don’t respect there hard working employees(which are few) or customers...Most of the managers shouldn’t be managers and are rude and no help with addressing problems that they should know how to resolve! (very simple resolutions)they try to make it so difficult you have to call corporate office to get something done !! You’ll know who the hard working employees are up at this Walgreens because they’ll be the ones working in the front register with a line so long that ( “I see three” you hear when you go into the door or waiting in the line... is always more than three ) so when going to this Walgreens except to be treated rudely and a long wait ... I feel so sorry for the employees they treat bad because they are literally the hard working people that should be managers !! The prices are always wrong so when asking to see at the register the right price...the managers has the employees so stressed out about a simple void because they have to call them up every void they do which is really suspicious ... this Walgreens seems to get stole from a lot maybe they should have a security guard instead of 3 plus managers to run one store not...
Read morethe tech in the drive thru at walgreens was so rude. i placed an online order for today that said it could be picked up in the drive thru, i pull up and she goes "picking up?" and i said yeah i have an online order for (last name), and she says "online order?" and i go ...yeah i placed an online order for pickup? she goes "are you here for phar ma cee or online pickup?!" im sitting here baffled and i said "i placed an order online for some items to pickup, can i not do it through the drive thru?" AND SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE AND WALKED AWAY. so im sitting in my car just like umm ok. and she comes back and drops it in the drawer and gives it to me, and on my order it said i need to show my ID since i purchased nyquil, and i asked her "hey, do you need my id or anything?" and she goes "no" and rolls her eyes. i didnt catch a name, but she had black hair and was younger looking. i tried to call and talk to the pharmacy manager and they...
Read moreI would advise if you're getting any vaccines here, double check your paperwork and ensure you're receiving the correct vaccine. I went today for a Covid-19 vaccine, but after I had gotten a shot I asked if they needed to sign my vaccine card. She said no, not for the flu vaccine. I said I had booked a Covid-19 vaccine, not flu. She went to check and sure enough it said Covid-19 vaccine on the appointment screen but the lady who checked me in put down flu vaccine on my paperwork. I did end up getting the Covid shot as well, since that's what I went in there for, but I really wish the correct vaccine were put down so I didn't have to get both. The staff were very apologetic but it would've been great if the mistake wouldnt of been made at all. I am not looking forward to the next 24 or so hours dealing with symptoms from both vaccines. Just double check your paperwork and verify with the tech the vaccine...
