My husband and I have been living here for just over a year now. Pool, dog park, two clubhouses, a food drive every other week, laundromat, trash service every Tuesday morning, RV spots with electric and water hookups, one of those little leave a book take a book library by the mailboxes where you do need get your own box, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS, DoorDash, etc… all deliver to your doorstep, no matter the location. Most places like this won’t you do that at all. There a basketball court and general play area for kids. Dogs are welcome. The RV doesn’t even have to move because each RV spot has full dump site for its tanks along with electrical and water hookups and the same trash pickup as all the mobile home spots. People walking dogs and generally walking around enjoying themselves. The rounds are excellently taken care of weekly. Geese walking around. A huge fishing pond, catch and release only. Caring front office staff. Within an 8 mile radius are convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores, local park and police department, medical facilities, etc… Overall, it is generally a great place to live and we’ve been very happy here. Also, I can walk anywhere in this park at any time of the day or night and feel completely safe and have made friends of a few of our neighbors dogs and cats. Oh, well the people too.

We stayed here for about a month and it was a great place to call temporary home. The Managers we're super helpful and accommodating. We stayed in RV site 246. They just finished their new laundry room and the rec room with a nice pool table (free) and a nice little pond to catch fish in. Lovejoy is a nice city to stay in and was close enough to Atlanta and some really nice parks and outdoor activities within short drives. They are working on adding more RV sites and spending a lot of time to make sure they are perfectly level and in good working order. We got to know some of the full time residents and the community watches out for each other. There are some aging units but I know management does their best to make sure that all residents keep their lots in order. We will definitely be back at some point.

The. Best. Not your typical RV park, and that’s what makes this the perfect place to stay. Tons of room and green space, which is rare with RV parks. There are mobile homes in the park, but the grounds are incredibly maintained, laundry was great, sweet little pool, quaint pond and the neighbors were awesome. We were here for two months and it’s a great location to branch out from. We had coworkers staying at another RV park and they couldn’t believe the space. And, then there’s Olivia. Olivia, the property manager, is AMAZING! She’s seriously got it going on. Wonderful to work with in getting us setup with a monthly rental. Can’t wait to get back this way again.

PLEASE whatever you do avoid this place at all cost! If I could give it a negative 0 I would! These people are money hungry & they do nothing around this park! The lot rent just recently went up in April $25-$30 now today they said our rent just for the lot is going up $60 starting January & it hasnt even been a full year yet! 2 increases in less than a year!!! They dont listen to any complaints or address them they hide & dont answer the phone unless your interested in moving here after that nothing is done! FYI the people that gave this place good ratings are employees or people that think its something else! Before this so called management team took over it used to be a decent place with only one increase of $10! We are in a pandemic & this is what money hungry people do! AVOID this place! This place went down hill when Charlie left & now he is no longer with us! I am sure the resident that have been here for years would agree 100 %!!!!!! ONCE AGAIN IN January the lot rent is going up again another 30 $ You have to pay close to 700 $ and you own your place ridiculous. THEY ARE LETTING 3 TO 4 FAMILIES MOVE INTO EACH TRAILER AND THE PARTIES AND NOISE LEVELS ARE OFF THE HOOK . They do nothing to this park. They have no clue what goes on on the weekends because they don't live in the park anymore .Overpaid people that do nothing but sit and collect money and they won't give us the owners number to complain. Cars all up and down the streets it's like a maze trying to get through it.The people that gave this review were probably paid to give them or didn't stay long enough to give a review it's doing downhill quick like a typical...

My best friend lives here and I love this neighborhood. It's always safe and quiet whenever I go to visit. I've been thinking about moving here myself. My only issue is the distance away from the freeway. Tara is a no-go zone when it comes to traffic and just getting to 75 sometimes feels like forever. But based on my personal preference, I would definitely stay here if the freeway wasn't so far.

Update: 1/16/23 Its a whole new year and this neighborhood is making progress. I recently stopped by, and I saw new mobile units being set up. My new issue with his place is the lack of communication and updates on the website. It's really hard to make a reservation for a tour or view available properties when it's not available online. There hasn't even been replies on the reviews. The lack of staff to potential resident interaction is really troubling to me. For those of us with demanding jobs that don't allow us the freedom of visiting during office hours, an update on the website with frequent interactions between management and staff...
